Returns Policy

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. After this period, no requests will be entertained. Please note that discounted/sale products and promotional items are not eligible for return. Products will only be accepted if they are in their original packaging, unused, unopened, and sealed, with the invoice, warranty details, and tags intact. Opened or used products will not be accepted. Returns are applicable only in cases of: • Damaged or defective items. • Incorrect product received. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, provided the request is raised within 48 hours of delivery. If the correct product has been delivered but the customer still wishes to exchange, the item must be couriered back to our address Shutter No 1 Ground Floor ,Plot A-11, Survey No:615 & 617, Industrial area, Moula Ali , Hyderabad, Telangana, at the customer’s own cost. All necessary shipping details must be provided by the customer, and the return courier charges will be borne by them.
