Returns Policy

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. After this period, no requests will be entertained. Please note that discounted/sale products and promotional items are not eligible for return. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, provided the request is raised within 48 hours of delivery. If the correct product has been delivered but the customer still wishes to exchange, the item must be couriered back to our address Shutter No 1 Ground Floor ,Plot A-11, Survey No:615 & 617, Industrial area, Moula Ali , Hyderabad, Telangana, at the customer’s own cost.
