We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. After this period, no requests will be entertained. Please note that discounted/sale products and promotional items are not eligible for return. Products will only be accepted if they are in their original packaging, unused, unopened, and sealed, with the invoice, warranty details, and tags intact. Opened or used products will not be accepted. Returns are applicable only in cases of: • Damaged or defective items. • Incorrect product received. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of opening your package, which may be required as proof in case of damage, missing items, or incorrect delivery. Exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, provided the request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
